We use GoAutoDial 3.3
I saw that some agents get more Answering Machine than other ( see the picture).It's a very big difference.
I changed in the settings ,,Next Agent Call '' from ,,fewest calls'' to ,,Oldest call finish'' and back , but no changes.
Is it a way to control somehow the number of Answering Machines that the agents receive ?
Version 3.X is more than 6 years old and is no longer supported. Please download and install version 4.
