Wrong Number Sent to Carrier

Added by Josue Romero over 3 years ago

Hello,

I have configured a carrier to an OpenVox GSM Gateway using Registration and when I try to make calls from an agent WebRTC phone it dials but the carrier only gets a portion of the dialed number and the call fails because the number does´t exists, does anyone has an idea what the problem could be?

Thank you in advance for any help provided.

RE: Wrong Number Sent to Carrier - Added by Wittie Manansala over 3 years ago

Hi,

Your sending this 6894577. Please coordinate to your VOIP provider and ask for correct dial format. Once your VOIP Provider provide you the correct dial format adjust your dial plan based on their requirements.

Hello,

Thank you for the reply, as stated this was the cause for the issue. Does anyone can guide me with the server system requirements for 50 concurrent agents mostly doing outbound campaigns with recordings and working on site through Ethernet with our own GSM Gateways? thank you in advance for any help provided.

Regards
