check the asterisk cli , and paste the output here .
possible reasons:
you have changed the ip of the server and forget to run the ip update .

There are multiple reason for the softphone to not get the call from the server :
- Server Ip update is not done
- the phone id or password is incorrect
- Recieve Incomming calls from the domain or register with domain is not checked , most probably you are using xlite or eyebeam .
- In the Codec section since you were previously manually dialing from the same computer , you disabled all the codecs apart from the g729 .
So please re - enable the previous codecs , i wont tell the the exact codec name , but a solution is to re-install the softphone .
Apart from this if you can simple get the asterisk cli output and print it here.
