Unable to login to phone from external network

Hi,
I have installed goautodial 4 on my server. Its working fine on local network but when I try to login from public IP I am able to login but not able to login to phone. Campaign selection window does not open from external network. I have forwarded port 5060, 5070, 5038, 10000, 20000, 25000, 443. Any help would be appreciated.
