DEAD CALL IN PREDICTIVE AUTODIAL AND MANUAL CALL

Added by Leopoldo Martinez almost 4 years ago

At the time the call is made in any of the methods as soon as the call is answered the system places it as a dead call, that means that it cannot be transfer or put the client on hold because the system assumes that the call is dead, the installation that I made was a scratch installation, this was the guide used https://goautodial.org/boards/3/topics/16487

HOW CAN I FIX THIS PROBLEM?

I really need a hint how to solve this, tha agent after few second (around 150s, 180s, some times can reach 800s) stop listening to the client, the call is still connected since the client does listen to the agent. I do not know how to solve it or what the problem is and calls and sales are being lost for that reason. the only way to solve it is disconnecting and restarting the session.

Please help

Sounds like you have restrictive firewall settings. You need the following ports open or forwarded to your server:

TCP: 80, 443, 4442, 5061
UDP: 5060, 5070, 10,000 to 65535
