RECORDING PROBLEM ISSUE

Hi Guys,

I've been encountering this problem for a couple of weeks right now, there are recordings overwrite the old recordings and saved it on the same filename. What do you think the problem on this? This happen only on certain agents and not on all the recordings.

I hope you could help me on this.

Try to change first your Campaign Rec Filename:to more detailed file name and set Recording Delay.
