GOautodial Open Source Omni-channel Contact Center Suite

Dear all,

this issue has been addresses before in the forum but I Havn't find a resolution for the case at the end, hope you help us with this topic and I believe this post should be helpful for all new users looking to install the system from the new ISO.

I have download latest ISO GOautodial-4-x86_64-Final-20191010-0150.iso and installed on virtual box for testing purpose, asterisk version Asterisk 13.17.2-vici currently running on goautodial.

we followed the installation step by step and at the end we added a new user, setup carrier, inbound did and we can receive a call in the IVR,

we have added as well a free certificate from letsencrypt.org

then I Have edited and placed correct FQDN and IP address in the below files
goCRMAPIsettings.php
kamailio.cfg and tls.cfg
rtpengine.conf
as well edited the system settings from the admin GUI
we have performed a fresh install multiple times to know if we missed something, as well we have setup the IP address and hostname during installation

then we have a created a new user, the user can login to the portal, then it can login to the web phone,

however we cannot hear the welcome message upon login, as well we cannot receive calls,

the phone type is set to external in the user settings,

i believe we have something wrong with kamailio but I cannot figure what it is, upon web phone login we receive the following error when we invoke

service kamailio status

what should we do in order to fix the web phone so we can test the software,
