Trouble Creating Voicemails

There are some mailboxes pre created with default installation
I've created some from Settings>Voice Mails
But it's not reflecting on configuration file or CLI.

voicemail show users
There are no voicemail users currently defined
Command 'voicemail show users' failed.

On Telephony>Users>Phones
Voicemail ID is available under every phone but none of Voicemail ID is listed under Settings>Voicemail.

Looking for some guideline here.

Hi,

Please provide the following output:

a. rpm -qa | grep sendmail
b. service sendmail status
c. ifconfig (screenshot)
d. mysql -A
select active_voicemail_server from asterisk.system_settings;

active_voicemail_server was wrong.
