How can we call numbers with DNC status ? (autodial )

I can not see any DNC call status in the hopper.
How we can make them to appear ? We added DNC as Active Dial Status in advance settings ,
but seems that numbers with DNC status are not coming.

Hi,

Make sure those DNC's are on your list and recycle your leads as well. Please note that there are types of DNC make sure to add them if it was tagged any of the following.

DNC - DO NOT CALL - If defined, lead will also go in the VICIDIAL DNC list
DNCL - DO NOT CALL Hopper Match - status of a lead that matches the phone number of a lead that has been placed in the VICIDIAL DNC list
DNCC - DO NOT CALL Hopper Match Campaign- status of a lead that matches the phone number of a lead that has been placed in the VICIDIAL Campaign-specific DNC list for this Campaign

Thank you for your answer , anyway I can't see the DNC in the hopper.
Now, I added Sale Made status to be called , and in the hopper there are no sale made calls.

How can we configure , does anyone has any idea ?

Should I change smth in Manual Dial Filter maybe ?

Hi,

Kindly make sure to always reset the hopper after adding a new status on the "Dial Status" to allow the system to refresh a new batch of leads in the hopper.
