Hi,

Nope is not normal. When you say "I lose calls" it means that the call disconnected during conversation?

Please provide us below information:

1. Screenshot of Processes running during server overload (include server load average)
2. Output of asterisk -rx "sip show channels"
3. Dashboard screenshot
4. On Dashboard click Realtime Call Monitoring and provide us the screenshot

Suggestion: Try also to use ulaw codec only in your carrier settings

Thanks

Hi,

Questions:
1. When you say "I lose calls" it means that the call disconnected during conversation?

2. Are you seeing more channels on this screenshot https://goautodial.org/attachments/18723/temp2.png when your server overloaded?

3. Are you using Leave 3-way feature?

Thanks

or the line goes down during the phone call or the customer's audio cannot be heard

2. Are you seeing more channels on this screenshot https://goautodial.org/attachments/18723/temp2.png when your server overloaded?

no ... sometimes the system is overloaded even if there are not many operators connected and few calls in progress

3. Are you using Leave 3-way feature?
??
