I can not make manual calls.

Even the softphone web, when dialing a manual number, I get the message "wait to ring" and the call is not directed to the trunk of the campaign.

The calls made by the softphone do not even hit the asterisk.

Hi,

Please provide the following information:

1. GOautodial Version your using.
2. Asterisk CLI log
3. If your using GOautodial V4 please provide us screenshots of Adminstration>GOWebRTC Dialer Settings.
