When I upload my file, it does not redirect me to the page where I should select the header fields.

Hi,

On the Step 2 of the How to load leads you should Make sure that you've followed the lead file format including the headers on each column as seen on the screenshot and save it as .csv comma delimited. If any of the column doesn't have data it is okay to leave it blank. (Sample if you don't have Address2 and Address3 on your leads you can leave the column blank but make sure the header Address2 and Address3 is still on your leads.
