CE3.3 autodial not work

Hello Evertbody
First I'm sorry about my poor Engilsh.
There is a problem whith my dialer.
I setup the IP base Carrier
I try manual dial my phonenumber and it works!(Agent can be hear my voice over the mobilephone)
I load my phonenumber to the list and use "AutoDial" to dial it, and my phone can be ring up.
Then I answer my mobilephone,about 6 seconds later it hang up by dialer , and agent nothing heppeded.
Please help me solve the problem.

Hello,
there are 2 possibilities here.
1. if you are using IVR based autodialing then you can increase your hangup/timeout time to your desired time interval.
2. If you are using agent based voice dialing then please share asterisk debug message.

I solved the problem.
It was my router setting not right,I turn on the ALG and dial out success!
