register DID extension

I really need help every time I call in to Vicidial using my DID 61390018751 it does not connect it says extension not found
while my
sip show registry
Host Username Refresh State Reg.Time
PUBLIC IP:5060 61390018751 120 Request Sent
but it never registers
because calls frm iVox come to our Public IP address I need it to register instead of request sent
can you post your asterisk cli log.
as u said extension not found, seems it landing but not finding the correct destination or context.
