can not login as admin and configure the gateway as described in the getting started guide

I have downloaded goautodial 2.0 and installed it but after installation when i access http://192.168.1.2/ it does not give me the interface as in the guide it shows screen1 and i can not find any option for go admin login so that i can configure the gateway.
And when i try to update goautodial from 2.0 to 2.1 wget gives me the error that it can't resolve the address or temporary failure in resolving the address.
Please if anyone can guide me coz this is the first time i m using it and i have no idea what so ever .. i have tried a lot of things but the problem remains the same

from the screenshot it seems you are not using the latest version, I suggest you download the latest installer and follow the getting started guide again.

but how can i upgrade it when every time wget shows error in resolving address and my server does not have the DVD ROM so i can not install 2.1 version of goautodial i need to upgrade it
any suggestions?

Please follow the Getting Started Guide and configure your network settings first. The fact that you can't access http://192.168.1.2 means that the network settings hasn't been adapted or configured to match your network.

There is nothing in getting starting guide what resolves this problem. Two weeks ago I have installed goautodial and everything worked perfecty, today i decided to install one more machine just for testing purposes and i have same error as Sadaf. httpd service can't start because "unsupported version 0 of verneed record"

SOLVED

-update everything and manual start httpd

yum update
service httpd start
