GOAutodial Open Source Inquiry

Added by Neo Naguit over 6 years ago

Good Day!

I would like to inquire the system and hardware requirements of the open
source version of GOAutodial. Its supported trunk lines, if we will be
needing hardware for transferring calls from one region to another, the CRM and Caller ID configurations and the
type of headset we will be using.

We are a start up company who will provide call center services to Middle
East and would like to have some information with your software.

We are looking forward to your response.

Sincerely,

Neo Naguit

Hello Neo, here is a link to the information you are looking for

What are your particular needs? Outbound or Inbound?

Hi Matteo, thanks for the info and link.
We'll be needing both Outbound and Inbound Calls.
Does GOAutodial uses SIP and T1/E1?

Thank you for your kind response.

"Yes. GOautodial works with IAX, Analog and E1/T1 lines. It utilizes trunks being used by Asterisk. H.323 should also work but we haven't fully tested it and its also not installed and configured by default."

Why do you need to use E1 / T1 lines? SIP is more than enough, you can save money and your job will be simpler.
