GOautodial disconneting the call after like 5 seconds

i have issue with Goautodial hanging up the call by sending a BYE SIP message after like 5 seconds of connecting the call , any ideas how to fix this please ? thanks for your help

Please explain how you encountered the issue? During outbound calls or agent logging in?
