Agent Call Back

I noticed that in goautodial CE 3.0 we have Call Back but what I want to do is change it to Agent Call Back, do I need to edit this in phpmyadmin or what is the link I go to to edit the dispositions in goautodial admin interface.

You can do this via the default Vicidial admin UI at http://$IP_ADDRESS/vicidial/admin.php. It's currently not available via the GOadmin UI. We'll have that available soon.
