Problem with Admin Login

Hello and thanks for the nice work.

1) I use this link to download goautodial and try to install
https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Goautodial_Getting_Started_Guidev4

this link shows the link for downloading iso and have a problem.
The requested URL /centos/7/isos/x86_64/GOautodial-4-x86_64-Final-20191005-1520.iso was not found on this server.

2) I use another link in the main page to download and install, after that I try to log in, but I can't with this user and password.
Portal – https://ServerIPAddress/ goadmin G0autodial2018

and show me this error
Invalid login or password. Please try again.
I try to open PHPMyAdmin to reset password but with this instruction
MySQL (mysql -u root -p) http://ServerIPAddress/phpmyadmin/ root

but I saw this!
Not Found The requested URL /phpmyadmin was not found on this server.

Please help me to start with the new version of GoautoDial
