IP adress not setup after installation with Guidev4

Hi

I floow exactly step by step  the manuel https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Goautodial_Getting_Started_Guidev4
After the system reboot  the IP adress is not setup as I did in the first screen ' when we put all disk partitio, keyboard , newtork etc ) , the network in connected , so I must put manuel the IP but the problem is I aml stuck in authitification erro when clique un login to dial , I tried every thing and I cheked all configuration rfile as the manuel but nothing progress
I installed in ESxi vm environnement hosted in  server with IP public , so the VM have her own IP public ?
I suspect a problem in the first time , why the VM have not the IP put it manulay in the setup process ?  is because  we update the ip public after installation the agent can't log ?! I tried second agent and  change passe word etc but the same thing , I am already a good user with vicidial  so I am not a newby  , I am stuck with this since one week , please any help ?
