Multi-language development

Hey guys,

Here's the issue tracker for the multi-language support: http://goautodial.org/issues/1841.

Latest language is Chinese Mandarin at 25% completion. Contributed by James Zhu of Hiastar.

Everyone is welcome to correct, contribute, and add translations.

Current available language:

English
Filipino
Spanish
Italian

Translate for pt_BR ?

In Settings no option for select other sounds file only changing the sip.conf context default ?

In go_select_language.php i add:

#flag-br {
background:transparent url(../img/flags.png) no-repeat -192px -23px; width: 18px; height: 13px;
}

That'll be great! You can check https://github.com/goautodial/v4.0/tree/master/lang for the English and French translations. It's pretty straightforward.
