Integrate in Sugarcrm

Hello

my client using cloud based hosted GOautodial and now we want to integrate in sugarcrm.

So i want to know how I can trace callerid in CRM so I write code according that to popup calls screen in sugarcrm.

Please provide me any hint so I will develop script in CRM.

You can check the existing Vicidial integration codes with VtigerCRM. Check the document in the Vicidial source folder "/usr/src/vicidial/docs/"
