We don't have a final release for the 64bit 3.0 ISO. That's actually it. Don't forget to update your system via "yum update" once installation has finished.

Is it safe to use it on production environment ?

We have been using the latest code in production. This is the safest since it contains lots of bug fixes. The latest code is available via GIThub here: http://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/GIThub.
