list upload check duplicate not working v3.0

Not sure why, but it is driving us mad, it use to work fine on goautodial VERSION: 2.4-309a
BUILD: 110430-1642

but since we move to the latest 3.0 the list duplicate checking is not working.

can someone either tell me how to fix this or where the on switch is if i need to turn this on - quite urgent,

This is a confirmed bug: http://goautodial.org/issues/708. We are working on it. In the meanwhile, you can use the default Vicidial admin interface. The URL is http://$IP_ADDRESS/vicidial/admin.php.
