Where do I start?

Added by ebsr tech about 8 years ago

Here is what im working with, Non profit oranization:
Avaya IP Office R9.1
1416 digital handsets
T1 card
64 port Bridge
T1 Time warner
23 fiber channel PRI
20 DID's

We will need to implement a primarily outgoing "call center"?

Can goautodial work for us with the setup above?
If not, what will I need to get goautodial working for us?

FYI: We cannot afford, the avaya call center solutions.

Thanks for your help and comments.

1.You need to have a dedicated server for Goautodial installation.
2. Do you want to integrate your existing avaya with goautodial?
3. do you want to use the Existing T1 that is connected in Avaya for outgoing calls from goatuodial?
4. How many agent you planned in goautodial for outbound callcenter.

Thanks for the reply striker24x7

Responses:

1) A dedicated server should not be a problem. Will a VMware VM be adequate?
2) I'm looking for the simplest solution. Would the Avaya goautodial integration be seamless?
3) I'm thinking that it would make sense to use the T1 for outgoing call. If not, I'm not sure if the caller ID phone number will be tied to the the line if not somehow patched to the T1.
4) At this time we would have a maximum of 4 people at any one time making calls over 16 hours per day. We average less than 300 calls per month. This is a small division which is why the Avaya solution will be overkill for us.

Additional info:
recording calls is a priority
routing incoming calls would be nice but not a priority

Thanks for your help and patience.

i recomend a dedicated server for goautodial for better result.
not sure about the integration but below link helps in integration.

or i can say better use VOIP trunk or a dedicated T1 trunk for the goatuodial.
or buy a 2 port T1 card in Goautodial and integrate the Avaya via T1 trunking.
