Not getting IP address via DHCP and also statically

Hi Friends,

I have installed goautodial-64bit-ce-3.3-final.iso . After completing installation, i have logedin and checked, its not taking IP from my DHCP server and the same link was tested with other system its working fine.i have also tried with configuiring IP statically this too not worked.
Kindly help me with this.
