Help Pleasee

I recently Installed Goautodial 2.1 Version
I have already Sip trunk provided to me by other society,, they gave me a domain server : x.x.x.x a username and a password ,,, and with those configuration i usually call manually with a softphone x-lite,,i just put thes configuration and call towards Italia ,, i type 39 and then the number
when i install goautodial,,,i add a a carrier,,,,but i'm confused about dial plan,,,i try many things _39. and _39xxxxxxxxxx ,,and i also,,i change the configuration on my soft phone,,,,i do everything like on goautodial support,,but always not working,,not manually,,not auto call
please help me,,,i need to solve this problem before tomrow,,,or my boss goanna kill me lol

what error code you are getting ,while dialling out.

for eg : extension not found / busy....

post your trunk settings entered in goatuodial

my sip account is like this : a USer name :xxxx
a passworkd : yyyy
a server : x.x.x.x
usually i install those configuration on x -lite and call manually by typing : 39 and then the numero,,and it go on

on autodial :
register => xxxxx::5060

[zied]
disallow=all

i configured it to call automaticly,,,but when i go to the agent ,,, my soft phone call,,i answer,,and then ,,resume,,,next call,,,nothing happen :
even when i tried to call manually " dial now " ,,,it's odesnt go
i also tried to call with my x-lite,,, Call Not founds
and on my server,,when i put the command,,, sip show peers,,,i see that my sip is enregistred,, name server N 5060 ok

seems problem is your dialplan

use the below settings

register => xxxxx:[email protected]:5060

[zied]
disallow=all
allow=gsm
allow=ulaw
type=friend
dtmfmode=rfc2833

nat=yes

username=xxxxx

also post the output of below command in asterisk cli

it call on x-lite,,that means,,,i'm registred i means,,when i put the configuration on x-lite,,,,user =8002 .... and the domain,,is the server of goautoudial,,,and when i call it's ok,,calling
but when i accees on agent,,,still not calling,,and i dont here nothing,,i add my file,,,it's ok,,i try to call ratio,,and manual,,same thing it's ot calling,,,

can you post your cli log

type asterisk -vvvvvvvr from linux console to get in to asteirsk cli
then start the calling from agent, you might see call logs
copy some logs and post here

i hope u might be missing the Dialprefix in campaign

change your dialplan as below and set 9 as dial prefix in the campaign

exten => _939X.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _939X.,2,Dial(SIP/zied/${EXTEN:1},,tTor) 
exten => _939X.,3,Hangup

Hello Striker,no i put,,Ratio call,,,and i set the level to 10
when i click on resum,,there are incomings call,,,and i see live call,,,but nothing happen,,,,i dont hear just a voicemail all the time,,let a message
and sometimes,,, only one,,,someone respond me,,,,but,,,i dont think that all those call,,no one respond me,,,there is a problem i think
