But I am facing now a problem that I am not able to find the On-Hook CID to select it from the In-group and they told me that I have to upgrade .. I do not know what I have to upgrade to get the On-Hook CID. In this case, how I can set the On-Hook CID?

Why I need the On-Hook CID? It is because I configured the IP Phones to be On-Hook because I do not need the agents to login and get a ring call to accept it to be in the conference room .. I need to use On-Hook agent. What I am facing now, that the call come to the agent phone, but does not see the caller id on the Phone ! Only I see it in the goautodial agent screen which is somehow is bothering. Kindly advise .. How I can resolve it?

the On HOOK cid is available in Vicidial version 2.6

if you dont want the goautodial fancy gui for admin and agent, then you can upgrade to the vicidial 2.6 version.

then you need to use the vicidial default gui for admin and agent screen logins

In this case, the caller id is not appearing at the IP Phone and that is causing a problem that we are not able to know who called us !
How I can know the numbers that called the agents in this case? From where?
