long wait times

hi there i am new to this forum. i have go auto dial running at my call centre. i have around 40 users but my problem is that my agents wait on average between 40s and 1.5min for a call to come through. i would like to decrease that to atleast 20s on average. i have changed the auto dial level to advance but to tranfer the call to the longest waiting agents. i have also bought new servers but still experience the same problems. can anyone assist me as to how i can decrease the wait time?

Change VoIP service provider. I belive Your VoIP service provider has limited port to pass your calls. you can get free demo account from us to test.

Hi,
Please increase the Auto Dial call level to Max - or you can customize it according to you needs( eg. 1.0 mean 1 call per agent to be dialed).
