Predictive issue...Please help...

Hello everyone,

I'm new to vicidial. I'll be very grateful for all ur helps. I have currently an issue where i have create a campaign and i have uploaded the leads. I can see it in the campaign. Now when i logged in to agent page, i can't see the details on my screen. I can see dial lead 40 but not the customer details. I've set it as predictive. When i select the dial method as manual then i can see the details but once i click on dial lead and hung up then the next lead doesn't appear. And when i select the dial method as ratio and the others then i get no details on my screen. Also it is ringing on the customer side but i can't hear the ringing on my side. I have no idea what i have done wrong.

Please help me.

what is your softphone?

I have used zioper biz and x-lite

Hi Faiz,

Can you provide the version your Goautodial/Vicidial? Is this a single server or multiserver sertup?

Its a single server and
Kernel Version 2.6.18-238.9.1.el5.goPAE (SMP)
Distro Name GoAutoDial CE 2.1
