add dropdowns and fields on the interface agent

Hello,
I want to add drop-down lists and fields on the interface agent is there a way to do it without changing the source code.

yes you can
there is a feature called FORM and custom list fields

using the FORM tab you can add drop down , radio button , calender,text tab ....
