Hopper time is showing wrong

Dear Guru's

in hopper list we are getting GMT as -5.50, we want to change GMT from -5.50 to +5.50, How do we change..

Since its showing different GMT last call time is showing Last Call Time wrong..

You can try to double check the system settings on your dialer and check the local time settings.

Configured the IST timezone even though we are facing this issue

did you set timezone to 5.50
under ADMIN--Setting --> Default Local GMT = 5.50
and
ADMIN--Servers--Local GMT=5.50

Dear Striker,

In Admin-> settings/Servers local GMT is 5.50 only
Even though its not happening..

The thing is in vicidial list there is no phone code, its empty we have filled phone number only. Since all the leads added to vicidial_list from webforms

Finally i have found the solution

Solution for GMT issue - have to insert phone code in vicidial_list table for all leads, then un /usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_adjust_GMTnow_on_leads.pl --debug
