PLZ HELP ME> i hv ERROR [Cause: 20 - Subscriber absent] and [Cause: 66 - Channel type not implemented]

i just install 3.0 64bit.. not get any update...and try to outbond with this carrier details.. so i got error- 20 and error- 66. so plz help me... :(

my carrier details...

Registration String:
register => username:SIPpassword@host:5060/username

account entry:

allow=ulaw

host=voip host ip

dial plan entry:
exten => _91X.,1,AGI
exten => _91X.,2,Dial(${VOIP1}/${EXTEN:1},,tTo)
exten => _91X.,3,Hangup

its this ok? if something wrong so plzz suggest me... :( plz help me...

i also sent you cli script.. when i m dialling... you can see tht in attechment...

make sure your sip trunk registered

type below command in asterisk cli

sip show peers
sip show registry
