LEADS REPORT DOWNLOAD FROM LISTS

HI

I am trying to download the leads report from the list in order to check all lead status. But when i am pressing the download button the screen is blank.

Can anyone suggest.

Hi,

Please update your server to the latest version and make sure all the updates came from our github repos. Posting a screenshot and version of your server will help us and the community review your issue better.

Hi

I have tried by "yum update" from the cli mode and tried to download same thing.

Shall i use any other process to update goautodial.

I am having the same issue, it appears after a certain file size or amount of records the download link will invoke a 505 Internal server error /index.php/go_list/download/1000. I have increased my php.ini settings to more than generous resources.

Did the admin suggestion work? I am using the latest version GoAdmin ® 3.3-1406088000
