Hi,
When an agent gets connected to a customer and that customer needs to speak to a supervisor, is it possible for the agent to transfer the call to the supervisor and have the customers details automaticaly be displayed in the supervisors goautodial gui? We also open a webform on call connection.
We are able to transfer calls, by inputting the destination extension, but it does not open the customer details in the goautodail agent screen.

You may accomplish this by creating an ingroup and transferring your calls to your supervisor using local transfer option.
