Multi site capabilities

Hello

I am looking to implement a call center on multiple sites, pretty spread out (across atlantic & pacific), so no real possibility to have one installation and remote agents.

I'd like to have the incoming / outgoing calls, as well as agents, to be handled locally, but have a centralized / common reference for scripts, ivrs, audio, and mostly, statistics. Worded differently, I'd like all media to be local (for obvious quality reason, cant cross twice the atlantic for a call), and all the rest to be centralized / common / shared.

Could you point me into some directions on how to achieve this ?

Can you give more details? Are you going to setup individual systems per site or do you want to inter-connect all of them or something?
