Dear members,
i have a voice issue with two agents, they able to hear customer voice but customer is not able to hear their voice while on the internal network voice is good on both sides. I have analyzed the logs and found SIP 401 unauthorized error. Does this error have something to do with the voice issue.If so how would i resolve it..?

most issues with one-way audio are connected to firewall. please make sure ports are being forwarded properly..
