Number of calls in queue not shown in agent screen Goautodial 3.3

Hi

We are implementing goautodial v3.3 for our callcenter. inbound and outbound calling works fine.
Our agents cannot view calls on incoming queue. How I enable it?

Also the incoming calls are getting to the agent without notification that there is an incoming call.

Pliz Help

Can you post a screenshot where your agents should be able to see incoming calls?

Normally there is a "ding" sound when agents receive an incoming call. If your server is hosted, the "ding" sound sometimes is not heard properly by the agents.

Hi Walter.

If you log in to the https://your-ip/vicidial/welcome.php using your goautodial admin user and password to log in.

from the left select campaigns and then select the inbound campaign you require to view incoming queue.

when you are in the camaign settings on the top select detailed view.
way down the page you will see the setting View Calls in Queue Launch: we have ours on auto so when agent log in it is auto opened on agent screen

theres a few que setting here select what you require.

with regards to call anouncment in the vicidial admin pages select inbound the select your ingroup.. in there you have the option to select the name of the sound file for call anounce the default is ding as Demian said. I have set ours up that the agent gets a buzz plus the product name spoken ie buzz then voice to say New customer so agent know that the call is from the new customer que.

That is not the GOautodial UI. The URL you posted is the default Vicidial UI.
