Timing Interface

Hi
According to Asterisk official wiki recommendation, the preferred module for timing is res_timing_timerfd.so .

but this module needs 2.6.25 kernel and I think goautodial uses 2.6.18 , is there any solution for upgrading linux kernel ?
I see Vicidial use kernel 3+ but I like goautodial interface :)

Have you tried with kernel 2.6.18? You can of course download the kernel sources for 2.6.25 and recompile them.
