I was looking around and i have a question... has ANYBODY gave a look at website compression to decrease time to load a page as well save bandwidth ?

The downside of course is more CPU overhead. This is quite handy if your server has limited bandwidht over the internet. Though we haven't tested this yet on GOautodial and not sure if it will work with the agent application.

Well, it shouldn't be that much on CPU i guess... i will see if i can try this out the following ...
i am currently running 2 servers in data center in USA, each server has 32gb Ram, Processor is XEON with 24 cores and using SSD, i am logging around 45 agents on one server (other is BackUp), and doing over 150 calls per server...
I am located in Dominican Republic, but this Island internet is not as reliable... plus it is very expensive...
Do you think that by Moving everything to Dominican and have it on site, will i need more bandwidth ???

Moving it on site should definitely save you bandwidth. And of course you should use our JustGoVoIP VoIP services. :) Using our services help fund the development of our open source GOautodial CE project.
