Delay in transferring calls.

Hi,

Im using goautodial 3.0 installed from iso downloaded from the website. Im trying to run a lead gen campaign. Im able to dial fine. When the agent dial's and gets a right party online, he is required to cold transfer the call to a ingroup closer. There is a delay of approx 3-4 secs in this transfer due to which the called party disconnects the call at times before it even reaches the closer.

Is there a way this delay in transfer can be reduced..?? Plese help..

Hi to you...i know this may not be the answer that you are looking for but...i am have problems with my Goautodial 3.3
and was hoping that you assist me. Even though set the SIP trunking in the carrier section for out bound calling i am not getting to dial out at all.
Even when i configure X-lite to the phone extension i get a weird sound. i Voip provider said the he doens't see any traffic coming from me.

As well my agent account get logged out ever few seconds and when i log back in my x-lite rings me back with a strange number.
so i am not getting to call at all.....and i was wondering if you can assist me with how you setup your Goautodial 3.0 to work and make calls.

maybe some configuration examples would help.
I am running my Goautodial on a dell poweredge server using ESXi..and i have some other servers as well running of the VMware.

Please help!!!

Hi Amrendra,

Please post your asterisk CLI logs while attempting to transfer a call to a closer.
