User groups and supervisor access

Hi,
I've been trying yo figure out how to set up a Supervisor user group with restricted access to settings etc.
No matter how i try the Lead and Agent Resources on the dashboard is showing 0 and wont update when i use the new user group.
If I change to ADMIN, everything works perfect again
Is the user groups/user levels working properly in Goautodial 3.0? In that case, is there a guide or thread that can explain how to do this?
Searched the forum and the GoAutodial manual for an answer but cant find anything.

Hi Fredrik,
You can create a Supervisor usergroup using the default Supervisor template. You can modify the usergroup advance settings Dashboard Agent Lead Status is checked/enabled.

I´ve tried that but if I use that template, the Agent Lead Status is not updating.
I can only see the Total Calls increasing, but not number of agents etc
I assume there's a setting for this but i cant get it to work.
Can someone guide me one this problem?

Hi,
Try to edit your Supervisor usergroup settings "Agent Status Viewable Groups" and "Allowed User Groups" make sure you select the Agent usergroup.
