CRM Integration for GOAutodial 3.3 / Asterisk 1.8

Hi everyone,

I just want to ask for a CRM (like sugar or vtiger) that can be integrated with goautodial 3.3 with upgraded asterisk version 1.8 and is there someone can lead me to a site or forums that shows how to do this stuff? I was assigned to do these things and it's all new to me so I am seeking help. Any tips and advises are highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

We haven't seen anyone yet contributing any HOWTOs for integrating GOautodial 3.X to VtigerCRM 6.X. Though that doesn't mean that noone has done it yet. Though there is existing integration codes on older versions. Try checking the documentation in the Vicidial source directory in /usr/src/vicidial/ in your GOautodial server.

Hi Demian. Thank you for your reply and for the info. I have one more question though, goautodial 2.1 has a in-built VtigerCRM which is 5.5. Is this upgradable to any later versions of VtigerCRM? Thanks.

Version 2.1 has integration with an older version of Vtiger (5.10). Most probably it's not upgradeable to later versions of Vtiger.

Could you please help me how to configure goautodial with Vtiger in version 2.1 Or, can you just take me to a website of howtos for this thing? thanks.

Check out the HOWTOs in the "docs" folder in "/usr/src/vicidial/".
