GOautodial is a Linux distribution that automatically installs the GOautodial applications (GOadmin, GOreports and GOagent), Vicidial, Mysql, PHP, Asterisk, Limesurvey and other open source software to have a full featured call center system.
The GOautodial applications (GOadmin and GOreports) are web applications written from scratch using modern web coding standards using the PHP framework Code Igniter. They are tools designed to interact with the Vicidial backend dialer system.
The main difference between a stock Vicidial system and a GOautodial system is the ease of use (of the latter). A GOautodial system is more user friendly. It's easier to install and the user experience is a lot better than a stock Vicidial system (which requires users to have experienced call center and Linux technical background).

Reporting the bugs will surely help make the system better. And make sure they are bugs not issues related to improper system configuration.

Jitesh Kumar... most of the bugs are not really bugs... i find myself with poor install or configurations methods i even use..
trust me... this guys do their best for people like you or me can run a business, have a job, etc...
Best of all... they are doing for free...
