another live agent session was open using your user ID

Hi,

After agent login, few minutes after a message prompt appeared."another live agent session was open using your user ID.It has disabled.Click OK tocontinue to the agent screen".Once the agent click OK it will disconnect and relogin again.. then few minutes after issue will encounter again.

Try using the default GOautodial agent UI. Based from your screenshot, your using the default Vicidial agent UI.

Not able to Login default GOautodial agent UI. It is shows this page is not working. That's why I'm using http://$_ipaddress/agc/viciidial.php.

Please help me. how to open default GOautodial agent UI.
