Goautodial 3.3 Dashboard not updating sales in 'total sales' screen

Running:
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU L5520 @ 2.27GHz running
goautodial 3.3, Asterisk 1.8, Vicidial 2.7RC1

Have a problem with my admin dashboard 'todays status' section, no sales are showing up. I looked everywhere for solution before posting, I thought initially that it was a database problem so I checked & repaired my databases using -mysqlcheck and its still not working. Can anyone help me out?

Hi Alex,

May I ask if you're just doing a test call and disposed it as SALE? eg. You dialed a number and when it rings you hangup and disposed it immediately? Because by default, the total sales on today's status queries call logs that uniqueid. The uniqueid on the call logs are assigned by the Asterisk whenever a call has been made, answered by the customer (live call) and disposed properly.

Please let us know if you still have any problems with the said widget on the dashboard. Thanks.

No we found out about the problem after a session of live sales calls -
I have recently updated from 3.0 and now we are getting this problem!

Were your calls answered by the other end before you hangup and disposed the call as SALE? What's the GOadmin version you're using?

Apologies in the late reply - but i'm still having this problem. Also after upgrading we can search for recordings or add new phones (SIP client fails to connect) Goautodial 3.3 was a complete waste of time. Does anyone know if we can roll back to the earlier working version? or will we have to rebuild the server from scratch?

Tried updating Git, and this made things worse lol, now our sales tracker report does not show sales made. looks like we will re-build the server and stay on 3.0

Hi Alex,

Can you please provide a screenshot of the said error? So we can see what might be wrong. And also, kindly check the updated link HOWTO get the latest codes from GIThub for the additional MySQL queries.
