Goautodial 3.3 no remote access

Although port 80 is open and forwarded to the goautodial server, I can not access the goautodial admin/agent screens from my "home network". I can, however, access vtigercrm (which is on the same server as vicidial). Also, when I access the goAdmin interface, I receive a message that this site is not trusted and it switches to http:// instead of https://. Could this have something to do with the "remote-access" issue?

Hi,

It is just a SSL notification since the Admin and Agent interface automatically uses https. When you see the notification click on "proceed anyway" and accept or allow it from your browser.

Ok, but I still can not access the admin/agent interface from an outside network through public ip. I can only access it from the local network. What could be the problem with that?

You need to have ports 80 and 443 forwarded to your GOautodial server.
