"Does AutoDial update goautodial php files ? "

After Yum Update I am not able to call within a LAN from agent to agent.
Please response me whether yum update updates the core php files too.

Hi,

yum updates doesn't update the core php files. Check your server IP and run the update_server_ip command then reboot.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply . I have change the server IP and run the update_server_ip already.

What does "yum update" in the aspect of goautodial? According to the text display it seems something change in kernel.Is it only change kernel or          anything else in configurations ?

You need to give more details regarding your issue. What do you mean can't call agent to agent from the LAN? Can your agents call regular phone numbers? Please post your Asterisk CLI when dialing.

Actually Sir , First I am testing goautodial setup for LAN. I got my problem resolved by disabling the firewall. Now I have installed XLite SIP phone and I am able to make call 'agent to agent' in a LAN but no recording is there in "/var/spool/asterisk/monitor". Does GoAutoDial records calls from/to regular phone numbers only?
