Unable to open Asterisk 1.8 database, any help?

I installed goautodial 3.0 64bit from 0
then follow, how to asterisk 1.8
clear testing repo
after yum update and reboot
I went to the asterisk console and this error appears

!!

anyone know how to fix it?

in this update does not come with vicidial 2.7, why?
