The same problem when I make only "yum update" without the goautodial-testing repo enabled, I mean the goautodial-testing is disabled

Please see below:

[root@cc1 ~]# yum clean all
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, security
Cleaning up Everything
Cleaning up list of fastest mirrors

then "yum update"

Error: Missing Dependency: kmod-dahdi-linux is needed by package dahdi-linux-2.7.0-1_centos5.x86_64 (goautodial-updates)

The goautodial-testing repo is not meant to be included in the "yum update" command. You need to disable this repo when updating the whole system via "yum update".

The goautodial-testing repo is already disabled, not included in the /etc/yum.repos.d/goautodial.repo file the error came from goautodial-updates repo

Please see below:

dahdi-linux-2.7.0-1_centos5.x86_64 from goautodial-updates has depsolving problems

The package dahdi-linux-2.7.0-1_centos5.x86_64 is in the goautodial-testing repo. You should not yum update your system with the goautodial-testing repo.

This might have caused the issue:

yum update --enablerepo goautodial-testing

Clear your GOautodial yum cache directories and update the system:

rm -rf /var/cache/yum/goautodial-*
yum update -y

You can check the contents of the goautodial-update repo here: http://downloads2.goautodial.org/centos/5/updates/x86_64/RPMS/. It doesn't have any DAHDI packages.

I think there is a problem with the goautodial-updates repo. I see to many posts about this problem.
